THE MOURNING AFTER (UK)

A love of all things garage, beat and RnB brought The Mourning After together in 1988. Their first gig earned them a residency at The Take Two in Sheffield where they appeared on the bill with all the chart topping indie band’s of the moment. On hearing of the band’s exciting live show’s Capt. Sensible decided to take a look and signed them on the spot to his Deltic label. Gig’s throughout the UK followed along with an LP and nine singles!
A new era for the band blasted off in 2009 when they become netsurfers and generated a myspace page for “a bit of fun”. They were immediately requested to tour France and Spain giving birth to two new singles. A new LP has been promised for 2011 so check’ em out and see what all the FUZZ is about!
